Me Laurence MURENZI RWIHA is an experienced Business and Banking Lawyer in various fields of the Banking sector. He was the Senior Legal Counsel in charge of Project Finance at the Development Bank of Rwanda (BRD Plc). BRD is the only Development Financial Institution (DFI) in Rwanda with a mandate of financing big and impactful projects to the Rwandan economy, ranging from Energy, Affordable housing, Export Promotion, Agriculture, and other special projects like Hospitals, Schools, and public markets to mention but a few. Lawrence holds a master’s of International Economics and Business Law and a bachelor’s degree in law.
MUTABINGWA Alloys is a Lawyer by Profession, and holds diploma in management (UK Inland Revenue Management Institute); a Master’s Degree in Business Law ( University of Rwanda), Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice (DLP) from the Institute of Legal Practice Development (ILPD), has been an advocate for the past 10 years. He specialized in taxation law, Transactions, Mergers as well as commercial and banking related/ cases.
